The evening of Monday 11 December was our Christmas Social! Staff, Trustees, Mentors Clients and friends joined together to celebrate the season with a festive buffet, drinks and friendly chat. An opportunity to catch up with each other and meet new people.
We had fun decorating Christmas biscuits, working out the table quizzes and stretching our brains with the quiz. The winner was most pleased as said he had never won a quiz ever before! Thanks to everyone who helped put the event together – Merry Christmas everyone!
Many people leaving prison are socially isolated or seeking new networks to avoid lapsing into unhelpful habits with old associates. CCN offers 4 different social events a year for volunteers and clients to enjoy.
