On Thursday 5 June we took part in Voluntary Norfolk’s Volunteering Extravaganza at The Forum in Norwich. Thunder storms were forecast, but they stayed away and we had a prime spot outside for people to engage with us as they entered the building.
Jack and Claire were supported by two of their regular mentor helpers and a couple of clients came along too. We had some great conversations and people enjoyed reading our informative displays. We nearly won the award for best stand!
5 people signed up to hear more about our next mentor training course and we had a couple of other charities ask to join our ‘Caring for Prison Leavers’ Network.
